Six rules.
- Validity
- Twelve months from the date of issue. We do not extend them.
- Transfer
- Transferable to a named third party in writing. Tell us the new name and we will note it against the reference.
- Redemption
- Against any treatment of equal value, with the difference payable on the day. Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed beyond the printed value.
- Cash
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Retreat deposits
- A voucher cannot pay a retreat deposit, but it can go towards the balance.
- Lost vouchers
- Reissued on proof of purchase. Every voucher carries a unique reference; quote it and we can find the record.
