How the retreat
actually runs.
- Day one Arrival from 15:00, hammam at 17:00, dinner at eight in the old cellar.
- Day two Silent until eleven. Massage, lunch, a long afternoon, sound bath at sunset.
- Day three The temple hour at nine, breakfast, and transfers from noon.

One transfer each way from Thessaloniki airport, three meals a day cooked on the property, and every session on the timetable. There is nothing to pay on site.
