Booking opens sixty days ahead. Cancellation is free up to forty-eight hours before. Everything else is below.

- When does booking open?
- Sixty days in advance. Summer weekends fill within twenty-four hours. If the date you want has gone, tell us and we will hold the next release for you.
- Treatments and day passes
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours we charge 50%. Within 24 hours, or a no-show, the full price.
- Rescheduling
- Free with 48 hours’ notice. Same-day rescheduling is subject to therapist availability and we will be honest about whether there is any.
- Retreats
- A 30% deposit confirms the booking and is non-refundable. The balance is refundable up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refundable between 14 and 30 days, and non-refundable inside 14 days.
- Payment
- In advance through the website, or in person at reception by card or cash. Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of payment, or the deposit for retreats.
- Travel insurance
- We strongly recommend it for retreats. We do not make exceptions to the deposit policy, including for illness.
