Vouchers arrive as a hand-pressed card in a linen envelope, posted within Greece in three working days. Open value or a named treatment.
Two kinds
By value,
or by treatment.
- Voucher by Value Redeemable against anything on the menu, with the difference payable on the day.
- Voucher by Treatment A specific ritual, named on the card. The most-given is The Hammam Ritual.
- Couples Gift Set The Couples Hammam or a couples massage, in one envelope.
- Corporate Gifts Printed together, posted together, and invoiced once.
The rules
What a voucher
can and cannot do.
- Validity
- Twelve months from the date of issue. We do not extend them, but we do reissue lost vouchers on proof of purchase.
- Transfer
- Transferable to a named third party in writing. Tell us the new name and we will note it against the reference.
- Redemption
- Against any treatment of equal value, with the difference payable on the day. Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed beyond the printed value.
- Cash
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Retreat deposits
- A voucher cannot pay a retreat deposit, but it can go towards the balance.
