The shelf

Fifty kilometres,
named producers.

Pine resin balms from a beekeeper in Polygyros, sea-salt scrubs from a saltworks in Mesimeri, rose otto from a cooperative in Edessa with an eleven-day harvest window.

We write about them in the journal because they are the reason the shelf is worth anything. None of it is for sale at reception.

The menu

Six facials.

  • The Halkidiki Honey Facial 75 min€120 Resurfacing, hot-cloth cleanse, manuka mask warmed in a copper pot.

  • Eye & Décolleté 45 min€70 A short, precise add-on. Often booked alongside the hammam.

Resurfacing work needs time to settle. If you are booking for a wedding or a shoot, tell us the date and we will place the appointments backwards from it.
