Eleni Vouros Co-founder, lead aromatherapist Neal’s Yard and the London College of Massage. Eleven years at Claridge’s, four as senior therapist. Specialises in lymphatic work and designs every product on the shelf.
Theodora Vouros
Theodora Vouros Co-founder, property and retreats Civil engineer, NTUA Athens 2009. Restored the 1954 winery between 2015 and 2017 and runs the retreats programme. Hosts every retreat dinner.
Calliope Stamou
Calliope Stamou Senior hammam therapist Eight years at Çemberlitaş Hamamı in Istanbul before moving to Halkidiki in 2018. Trained in the traditional kese scrub and foam wash. Most frequently rebooked.
Yusuf Demir
Yusuf Demir Hammam tellak and stone mason Trained in Bursa from the age of fourteen. Oversees the marble, the wood-fired boiler, and the cold-plunge tile work. Builds the plunge ice by hand each morning.
Lila Petraki
Lila Petraki Senior therapist, skin and facials CIDESCO Athens, four years with the spa team at Costa Navarino. Writes the seasonal facial protocols and runs the Halkidiki Honey Facial.
Andreas Mavros
Andreas Mavros Sound and breath practitioner Former classical guitarist, certified in IICT sound therapy. Leads the Pine Garden Sound Bath at sunset and composed the piano score in the property film.
